By accessing and using the ForthLogic Internal HR Portal ("Portal"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This Portal is exclusively for ForthLogic employees, contractors, and authorized personnel.
Access to this Portal is restricted to:
Current ForthLogic employees
Authorized contractors and consultants
Approved third-party partners with explicit permission
HR and administrative personnel
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must notify HR immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
All activities under your account are your responsibility
Accessing personal employment information
Reviewing company policies and procedures
Submitting HR-related requests and forms
Participating in company training and development programs
Accessing benefits and compensation information
Accessing information not pertaining to your role or authorization level
Attempting to breach security measures or access restricted areas
Sharing confidential company information outside authorized channels
Using the Portal for personal business or non-work-related activities
Uploading malicious software or engaging in harmful activities
All information accessed through this Portal is considered confidential and proprietary to ForthLogic. This includes but is not limited to:
Employee personal and professional information
Company financial data and business strategies
Client information and project details
Proprietary methodologies and intellectual property
All data transmitted through the Portal is encrypted and secured
Personal information is protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws
Access logs are maintained for security and compliance purposes
Data retention policies are enforced according to legal requirements
Unless otherwise specified in a written employment agreement, employment with ForthLogic is at-will, meaning either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
All Portal users must adhere to ForthLogic's Code of Conduct and Employee Handbook, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Any work product, innovations, or intellectual property created during your employment belongs to ForthLogic, as outlined in your employment agreement.
Benefits eligibility and enrollment are governed by the specific terms of each benefit plan and your employment status.
Salary and compensation information displayed in the Portal is confidential and for your personal use only.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, ForthLogic does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Portal.
For technical issues, contact IT Support at it@forthlogic.com or through the Portal's help desk feature.
ForthLogic reserves the right to monitor Portal usage for security, compliance, and performance purposes.
Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while using the Portal.
Any suspected violations of these Terms, security breaches, or unethical behavior must be reported immediately to HR or through appropriate channels.
Portal access will be automatically terminated upon:
End of employment or contract with ForthLogic
Extended leave of absence (as determined by HR policy)
Violation of these Terms or company policies
Upon termination of access, personal data will be retained according to ForthLogic's data retention policy and legal requirements.
While we strive for accuracy, ForthLogic does not warrant that all information in the Portal is complete, current, or error-free.
ForthLogic's liability for any damages arising from Portal use is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
ForthLogic reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Portal constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
